Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Cierre application (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Cierre S.A.S., a commercial company headquartered in Jamundi, Colombia.

Cierre is a mobile application that allows small and medium-sized businesses in Colombia to:

- Capture images of bank transfer receipts. - Automatically extract payment data using OCR technology. - Organize, search, and filter payments in a digital log. - Verify receipts (duplicates, amounts, destination accounts). - Export data in CSV and PDF formats. - Perform automatic bank reconciliation (paid plans).

Cierre is not a financial, banking, accounting, or invoicing service. It is a payment receipt organization tool.

To use the Service you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

Cierre uses a role system: - Owner: Full control over the organization, stores, and users. - Manager: Management of assigned stores and payment verification. - Employee: Receipt capture in assigned stores.

The account owner is responsible for actions taken by users they invite to their organization.

Cierre offers plans with different functionality levels. Prices are published in the pricing section of the website and within the application.

- The Free plan is available at no cost with limited functionality. - Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. - Prices may change with 30 days prior notice. - Subscriptions automatically renew according to the contracted period. - You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings of the corresponding app store.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

- Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities. - Upload images that are not legitimate payment receipts. - Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application. - Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service. - Intentionally overload the Service infrastructure.

The Cierre application, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks, OCR algorithms, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Cierre S.A.S. and is protected by Colombia's intellectual property laws and international treaties.

The payment data you record through the Service belongs to you. Cierre does not claim ownership over your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Cierre does not guarantee:

- That OCR extraction will be 100% accurate in all cases. You should verify the extracted data. - That the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free. - That duplicate detection or amount verification will be infallible.

In no event shall Cierre be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including data loss or financial losses.

Cierre's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Cierre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify significant changes in advance.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Cierre may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if: - You violate these Terms and Conditions. - You use the Service for illegal activities. - You fail to pay applicable fees for your plan.

Upon account termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Personal Data Processing Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Jamundi, Colombia.
