How does per-store pricing work?
You pay a fixed price for each active store. Example: 3 stores on the Pro plan = $149.970/month. User and OCR limits multiply by the number of stores.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can switch between Free, Lite, Pro, and Business at any time. The change is immediate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved. On the Free plan, history is limited to the last 30 days. You can export everything before switching.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes, annual plans include 2 months free. Lite: $249.900/store/year. Pro: $499.900/store/year. Business: $899.900/store/year.
What payment methods do you accept?
